The cash deposit machine is a deposit facility that allows members, users, and cardholders of BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank to make deposits via machine that accepts Php100.00, Php500.00, and Php1, 000.00 cash. Aside from this, here are the things you need to know about the machine for you to be amazed and to use it more than the traditional way of having a bank teller assist you:
- Deposits are credited in real time. Even on weekends and even if you make the deposit outside of the business hours.
- You get a transaction receipt to verify and to serve as proof of the transaction.
- You do not have to be a genius to make a deposit via the cash deposit machine.
- No need to put your money in an envelope.
- You do not have to fill up forms or papers.

So how do you make the deposit using this machine? There are actually two (2) types of deposits you can make; with the card and without the card. We will elaborate both in order for you to know how to make the deposit in each category so, sit back, relax, and enjoy.
With the card
- You insert your ATM card to the machine if, of course you want the money to be credited to your account.
- You select Express Deposit.
- Select the account type (Current or Savings).
- Insert your cash.
- View the summary of the deposit and then select deposit but if you change your mind, there is an option to Add Cash or to
- Get the receipt of the deposit which is proof and verification that the deposit was successful.
