Step 2: Fill out required information and set an appointment at a suitable date and preferred Police Station.
Step 3: Take note of the system-generated Reference Number issued.
Step 4: Pay online thru LandBank of the Philippines Link.Biz Portal using your account from LandBank, Bancnet, G-Cash, or PayMaya.
Step 5: Secure a copy of the Payment Confirmation Slip and Electronic Official Receipt (OR) as proof of payment.
NPCS Applicant shall present at least one acceptable issued ID, as follows:

For First Time Job Seeker Note that for first time job seeker applicants (RA 11261), you may avail it for FREE by securing a copy of FTJS Certification certifying that you are a First Time Job Seeker and present it to the Police Station together with your one Valid ID.
