Using the GigaLife App Step 1. Download the GigaLife App :
Open the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or Apple App Store (for iOS devices). Search for GigaLife App and install it on your smartphone. Ensure that your device has enough storage space and meets the app requirements for smooth installation. Step 2. Log In or Register :
Open the GigaLife App, and you’ll be prompted to log in. Enter your Smart mobile number. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter it in the app to verify your identity. If you’re a first-time user, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account by creating a password and verifying your details. Step 3. Access Billing Details :
Once logged in, navigate to the Billing or Bills & Payments section in the main menu. Here, you’ll find your latest bill summary and past billing statements. The summary page will show your current balance, due date, and any overdue amounts. Step 4. View and Download Statements :
Tap on Billing History to access previous bills. You can view and download billing statements for up to 12 months. Select the specific month or statement you want, and look for the Download or View PDF option to save it to your device. You can open this PDF for a detailed breakdown of charges, due dates, and usage information. Step 6. Switch to Paperless Billing (Optional) :
To receive future bills directly on the app or via email, you can opt for paperless billing. This option is usually available under Account Settings in the app. Switching to paperless billing helps reduce paper waste and ensures you have immediate access to new statements
Using the mySmart Account Portal Step 1. Sign In or Create an Account on mySmart
Open your web browser and go to my.smart.com.ph If you already have a My Smart account, log in with your registered email or Smart mobile number and password. For first-time users, click Sign Up and complete the registration form with your Smart mobile number, account details, and personal information. Step 2. Account Verification
Once registered, verify your email address by following the link sent to your inbox. This step is crucial for account security and accessing billing features.
Step 3. Navigate to the Billing Section
After logging in, locate the Billing or Statements section in the dashboard. This page displays a summary of your current balance, payment status, and recent billing activity. Click View Statements or a similar option to view a full breakdown of your charges, usage, and other relevant details. Step 4. Download or Print Your Statement
To access a downloadable copy, select the month or period you need from the billing history. Click the Download button to save a PDF version of the bill to your computer or mobile device. This version will mirror a physical billing statement and can be printed if needed. Step 5. Opt for Paperless Billing (Optional)
If you’d prefer to receive statements digitally each month, enable paperless billing in the Account Settings section under Billing Preferences. Enabling this option will allow you to receive email notifications when new statements are available, helping reduce paper waste and making it easier to track bills electronically.
View Payment History (Optional)
For users who want a complete record of past transactions, check the Payment History option in the billing section. Here, you can view dates and amounts for past payments, providing a detailed financial history for reference.
